Terry Novetsky, a Kaye Scholer finance partner in New York, is joining King & Spalding on Friday.
“I’m not really leaving Kaye Scholer, I’m joining King & Spalding,” said Novetsky, in an interview. “I’ve been there a long time and this place is home to me. Kaye Scholer has provided for myself and my family for 27 years.”
