Reed Smith’s New CFO: Taxes Are Biggest Challenge

Reed Smith announced this week it has hired a new chief financial officer, the type of news that normally passes into the ether.

But this added to broad management changes the firm announced earlier this month on its website including:


  • Tamara Box, a finance lawyer in London, will serve as managing partner for Europe and the Middle East.


  • Diane Frenier, a life sciences transactional lawyer in Princeton, will serve as co-chair of the Business & Finance Department alongside David Boutcher through the end of 2016 , and then as Chair of the department.
