As 2015 Closes, Dentons Wraps Up Transformative Year

From the start of 2015, it was clear that Dentons’ leadership wanted to have a transformative year.

In January, it announced a swiss-verein combination with China’s largest firm Dacheng that added roughly 4,000 lawyers. But that was only the start.

In October, it announced a merger with McKenna Long & Aldridge and that it had hired 21 lawyers in a new Milan, Italy office. The following month, it announced tie-ups with Rodyk & Davidson in Singapore and Australian firm Gadens and had plans to merge with Luxembourg firm OPF Partners.
