As Dewey Jury Deliberates, Questions About Prosecutors’ Strategy Take Center Stage

As the jury in the Dewey & LeBoeuf criminal trial enters its 10th day of deliberations, the chorus of voices knocking the prosecutor’s strategy is growing louder by the day.

“The signs that are coming from that jury are a prosecutor’s worst nightmare, especially having gone through a lengthy trial,” said John Hueston, of Hueston Hennigan, who played a lead role in the Enron prosecution.
