Ballard Spahr has established a Boulder, Colo. presence through the addition of three partners from the boutique law firm Gross Cutler Seiler Dupont, expanding its business and finance capabilities in the Rocky Mountain West.
The new partners – Carin M. Cutler, Nathan E. Seiler and Steven N. Dupont – focus on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and strategic transactional matters for the firm’s emerging growth and venture capital clients.
