Crowell & Moring and Herrick Feinstein Are in Merger Talks

In what could mark the second merger between NY-DC law firms in as many months, Crowell & Moring and Herrick Feinstein are in advance talks to combine.

Both law firms declined to comment on the story, but a deal to fully integrate the two firms is in the works, according to two sources, and was earlier reported by the Real Deal and the AmLaw Daily.

Crowell is the larger of the two firms with roughly 440 lawyers and $825,000 revenue per lawyer, which puts it close to the same level as the 132-lawyer Herrick Feinstein and its $875,000 revenue per lawyer, ...
