Dickstein Shapiro Partners Approve Tie-Up With Bryan Cave

Partners at Washington-based Dickstein Shapiro voted to approve a combination with St. Louis-based Bryan Cave, according to three sources briefed on the matter.

If consummated, the deal would elevate Bryan Cave’s presence in the nation’s capital and add more than 150 lawyers to its roster, raising the total attorney-headcount to more than 1,100.

Bryan Cave is expected to vote on the deal imminently, possibly today although an exact time line could not be confirmed.
