Epiq Completes Iris Deal, Looks Overseas

Epiq Systems’ announcement earlier this week that it completed its $134 million acquisition of Iris Data Services, means two of the largest eDiscovery venders in the U.S. will join forces as they seek growth overseas.

To complete the deal, Epiq added $75 million loan to a $370 million senior secured loan that expires in August 2020, according to apress release . It reported $474 million in revenues in 2014.
