Fisher Phillips Opens in New York City

Labor and employment Fisher & Phillips announced Monday it has opened an office in New York City with four attorneys who depart Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart.

The New York office is the 33rdfor Fisher Phillips, which represents employers in labor and employment matters.

Brian J. Gershengorn and Michael R. Marra, formerly of Ogletree, will be the co-managing partners of the New York office. Seth D. Kaufman and Melissa J. Osipoff, also formerly with Ogletree, will be associates in the office.
