Former Canadian AG to Join Baker & McKenzie

Former Canadian attorney general Peter MacKay will join Baker & McKenzie, effective, Feb. 1, the law firm said on Monday.

MacKay, who was also Minister of Justice, Minister of National Defense and Minister of Foreign Affairs, will work in Baker & McKenzie’s Toronto office. He will advise on regulatory enforcement and compliance matters and advise Canadian companies on doing business globally.
