Former Justice Official Joins Katten Environment, Safety Team

Natalia Sorgente, a former associate deputy U.S. attorney general and former chief of staff at the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources division, has joined Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as a partner in its environmental and workplace safety litigation practices, the firm announced July 20.

Sorgente will focus on environmental civil and criminal litigation, internal investigations, and corporate compliance with the terms of court-approved agreements that resolve criminal cases, the firm said in a statement.
