Corporate law firms tend to be conservative organizations, extremely hesitant to be the first to do anything — whether it’s setting associate bonuses, or moving into real estate in a new area.
But once a prestigious law firm carries out a new initiative, others typically follow, and that’s what the National CASA Association, which trains volunteers to advocate on behalf of at-risk children, is hoping.
