Head of Bracewell Broker-Dealer Group Joins Schulte Roth

Julian Rainero, the head of Bracewell’s broker-dealer group, is joining Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York, with a team of attorneys, according to two sources familiar with the matter.

One source estimated the size of the group to include 11 lawyers, although it wasn’t clear whether these were partners or a mix of associates as well. The sources provided the information on the condition of anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak publicly.
