Hogan Lovells is merging with the 25-lawyer boutique, Boston law firm Collora, the firms announced Thursday.
Hogan Lovells, with 40 offices worldwide, wanted a presence in Boston and also to beef up its life science and health practices, both of which it will gain by merging with Collora, Asher Rubin, head of Hogan Lovells life sciences group, told Big Law Business.
“Our strategic desire to move to Boston and combine with a top tier litigation firm came together very nicely,” Rubin said.
