Hogan Lovells’ Partner On Digital Currency

Hogan Lovells announced this week that Gregory Lisa is joining its litigation and international trade practices group in Washington D.C.

Lisa joins from the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, better known as FinCEN, where he was interim director of the office of compliance and enforcement.

It is the Treasury Department’s lead regulator for overseeing and enforcing anti-money laundering laws, and as Lisa explained in an interview with Big Law Business it has been stepping up its activity, filing more and more cases each year.
