International Arbitration Group Taps Debevoise Partner as Next President

The International Council for Commercial Arbitration announced it has elected Donald Francis Donovan, co-head of Debevoise & Plimpton’s international disputes group, as its new president effective April 1, 2016.

Donovan has arbitrated international disputes under the auspices of the International Centre for Investment Disputes, the International Criminal Court, and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal courts in the U.S.
