Irell Hires Head of Global Investigations from DOJ

Seeking to bolster its white collar defense services, Irell & Manella has hired a federal foreign bribery and securities fraud prosecutor to head up a global investigations team.

Jason Linder, 42, returns to the firm after a decade of government work, most recently as a senior trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in Washington, D.C. He previously worked at Irell as an associate from 2002 to 2007.
