Law Students Working on a SCOTUS Brief

For the most part, only a stratified, elite group of lawyers ever work on cases once they’re in front of the U.S. Supreme Court.

That’s why Jenner & Block’s decision to bolster its Supreme Court practice by collaborating with students from the University of Chicago Law School is a bit counterintuitive.
