Editorial staffers at Law360 started casting ballots on whether they want to be represented by the NewsGuild of New York in an election that comes amid new leadership at the news website.
National Labor Relations Board Region 2 in New York Aug. 10 started distributing in-person and mail-in ballots to staffers of the New York City-based news site, which is owned by Portfolio Media Inc., a LexisNexis subsidiary.
The NLRB election directions call for in-person polling at locations in New York City, Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.
