Lawsuit Paints Grim Picture of Hyperloop In-House Department

For more than a year, Hyperloop One — a Los Angeles-based start up working on a supersonic, tubular transportation system and was first popularized by Elon Musk — has been hailed as a company that could revolutionize travel.

But according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, despite raising in excess of $100 million, Hyperloop One has been beset with infighting particularly involving its legal department.
