Lewis Roca Rothgerber, a 250-lawyer full service law firm, has acquired the smaller 40-lawyer Southern California intellectual property boutique Christie, Parker & Hale, the firms announced on Monday.
The new firm will staff nearly 300 lawyers and be called Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie, with a focus on advising clients on IP matters.
In a press release, the firm said that its IP attorneys cover all aspects of IP procurement, enforcement and defense, including patents trademarks, trade secrets and Internet law and domain disputes.
