McDermott Brings On Paul Hastings Healthcare Chair in LA

McDermott Will & Emery announced this week it hired James F. Owens, former chair of Paul Hastings’s healthcare practice, as a partner in Los Angeles.

Owens provides transactional and regulatory advice to a variety of healthcare businesses, including health systems, community hospitals, clinics, health plans and focuses on compliance with state and federal healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
