Minority Legal Group Appoints JPMorgan Lawyer as CEO

A prominent legal group dedicated to the advancement of minorities in the legal profession has appointed a new leader.

Jean Lee, a vice president and assistant general counsel at JPMorgan Chase, has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the group said on Thursday.

Lee replaces outgoing CEO Joseph West, who joined Duane Morris last year as chief diversity and inclusion officer and a trial partner.
