MoFo Hires Top DOJ National Security Advisor

By now, the word has more than dribbled out that Morrison & Foerster made a big hire this week – picking up former Assistant Attorney General John Carlin as a partner in New York.

Carlin was the top national security advisor in the U.S. Department of Justice for the past three years, and regularly briefed the President as well as other top officials, in addition to overseeing more than 400 employees responsible for protecting the U.S. from cyber attacks, economic espionage, terrorism and other threats.
