Pence Hires Veteran Washington Lawyer to Handle Russia Probe

Vice President Mike Pence has hired an outside legal counsel with deep experience in Washington to assist with the multiple investigations into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

A Pence spokesman said the vice president retained Richard Cullen, chairman of McGuireWoods LLP, to deal with inquiries from House and Senate committees as well as those from Robert Mueller, the special counsel overseeing the FBI’s Russia probe.
