Pillsbury Finance Leader To Join Winston In Mass Acquisition

The leader of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman ‘s finance group in New York will join Winston & Strawn as part of its mass acquisition of corporate lawyers in the United States, London and Abu Dhabi, Big Law Business has learned.

Mats Carlston, whose clients have included BNP Paribas and Bank of Ireland, served as a lead negotiator in the lateral transaction, according to several sources familiar with the matter. They said he will join Winston & Strawn within the next few weeks.
