Pillsbury Winthrop Chair To Step Down in 2016

Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman is set to announce on Wednesday that its chair, James Rishwain, will step down at the end of next year.

The announcement comes at the same time that Rishwain was re-elected to serve a fourth term as Chairman, set to expire in December 2016.

By the time he steps down, Rishwain will have served a decade at the helm of the 147-year old firm. His first term started in 2006, just before the Great Recession, when Pillsbury was experiencing mild turbulence.
