The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Thursday that it has named Jennifer Diamantis as its new chief of the Office of Market Intelligence, a unit within the enforcement division that handles tips and complaints from the public.
Diamantis has been serving as acting chief since Vincente L. Martinez, now at K&L Gates, departed this past summer.
