Daniel Johnson Jr., a senior member of the intellectual property department at Morgan Lewis & Bockius, who led some of the firm’s largest cases, has retired to practice on his own, a Morgan Lewis leader confirmed on Friday.
Eric Kraeutler, global leader of the firm’s intellectual property practice, stressed that the split was amicable: “This was Dan’s decision; it was a personal decision, and we would have been pleased for Dan to continue his association with Morgan Lewis.”
