UPS Promotes New GC, Separates HR Role

United Parcel Service named long-time insider Norman Brothers Jr. as the company’s General Counsel, effective Jan. 1.

Brothers replaced Teri Plummer McClure, who had served as head of the legal department since 2006.

McClure will retain her position as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources and Labor. Previously, she was serving in both capacities — as head of the legal department and human resources — at the same time.
