Vault.com Survey Placed This Law Firm at the Top

Want to work for the best law firm based on an outstanding quality of life? Look no further than O’Melveny & Myers, a Vault.com survey says.

The 2017 survey named O’Melveny & Myers the best one to work for, after the worldwide firm scored first on two quality of life categories — satisfaction and honors. The firm also scored second in firm culture, leadership transparency and substantive work categories, all areas associates identified as key to their happiness, according to vault.com.

The firm’s associates went on to tell vault.com that people at O’Melveny & Myers care about each other and encourage team work.
