• Three AmLaw 200 firms announced major acquisitions of lawyers from intellectual property boutiques: Duane Morris hired the founders of a San Francisco-boutique. Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck grabbed Watson Rounds, a Nevada-based shop, and Dinsmore & Shohl took all 17 lawyers at Detroit’s Gifford, Krass, Sprinkle, Anderson & Citkowski.
