Wake Up Call: Black Associates Fall Behind at Law Firms

• The percentage of black associates at major U.S. law firms has fallen every year since 2009 while the percentage of black partners has “barely budged,” although minority representation increased overall for both partners and associates during that period, the report said. (ABA Journal)
