Wake Up Call: JPMorgan ‘Learning Machine’ Reviews Contracts in Seconds

• At JPMorgan Chase & Co., a learning machine is taking seconds to parse financial deals that once kept legal teams busy for hundreds of thousands of hours annually. The program, called COIN, for Contract Intelligence, is less error-prone and never asks for vacation.
