Wake Up Call: SCOTUS Arguments Delayed in Closely Watched Microsoft Case

• The U.S. Supreme Court has delayed arguments in a closely watched Microsoft class-action for next term, a possible reaction to the Feb. 13 death of Justice Antonin Scalia. (National Law Journal)
