Will Norton Rose Fulbright and Chadbourne & Parke make it to the altar?
In February, the two law firms looked poised to seal the deal, announcing that Norton Rose and Chadbourne would become one by the end of the second quarter.
Today, however, Norton Rose released a statement saying the two firms are working to resolve unspecified client conflicts.
“The combination process included an in-depth review of potential conflicts,” a firm spokesman said. “We have identified very few material conflicts and are working to resolve these.”
