What’s in a name?
That question arises anew after Andrews Kurth hired all 55 Kenyon & Kenyon lawyers in a deal announced earlier this week that sort of, maybe — but doesn’t totally — preserve the Kenyon name.
A press release made clear that Kenyon as an entity will dissolve, but lawyers said its name will live on — all depending on what state you’re in.
