What’s Going On at Dickstein Shapiro? — An Update on the Bryan Cave Talks

It’s been almost two weeks since Big Law Business and others reported that Dickstein Shapiro partners approved a tie-up with the larger Bryan Cave, yet no announcement has been made about the union becoming official.

For that to happen, Bryan Cave partners would have had to agree to the combination, but that part in the process appears to have taken longer than anticipated.
